After the "Apology of Socrates", published in this same collection, we thought it necessary to adapt this work since it is its continuation. In this dialogue, and after Socrates' trial and condemnation to death narrated in the "Apology of Socrates", his friend Crito maintains the hope of the old philosopher's salvation and makes him a proposal.
