  • - Obama Caved in Accepting Putin's Rigged Syrian Weapons Deal

Incredibly, within just 90 minutes after his unwavering announcement to the world (on September 30th, 2013) that the United States may indeed bomb Syria, President Obama inexplicably changed course and was already contemplating calling the whole thing off. But who and/or what exactly could have happened to so abruptly cause President Barack Obama to make the consensus, greatest foreign policy blunder of his eight-year Presidency - by backing down, ultimately for good, from enforcing his “Red Line” Ultimatum against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad for launching a banned chemical weapons attack that killed over 1,300 of his own people in August 2013?In A President’s Dithering False Bravado, Patterson meticulously and compellingly presents the case that, based on sound deductive reasoning, there exists the requisite preponderance of evidence to persuasively and conclusively support the contention as to who or what nation caused and convinced President Barack Obama – that very same day - to back down from enforcing his “Red Line” Ultimatum against Syria in 2013.Even more intriguing, why did President Obama believe it to be so imperative to capitulate – even at the indelible risk to his Presidential foreign policy legacy; given the torrent of criticism that he has been forced to endure ever since for having backed down from enforcing his “Red Line” Ultimatum against Syria and, in particular Bashar al-Assad. Moreover above all else, why couldn’t Barack Obama ever let it be known to the American People exactly who or what nation it was that ultimately forced President Obama’s hand into backing down from enforcing his “Red Line” Ultimatum against Syria in 2013?What’s more, dithering even further - less than 24 hours later - President Obama stunningly reverses himself a second time the very next day; by contradictorily declaring “Now after careful deliberation [presumably overnight], I have decided that the United States should take military action against Syrian Regime targets…So to all members of Congress of both parties, I ask you to take this vote [approving Congressional authorization] for our National Security… I’m ready to act in the face of this outrage.” And yet in 2016, Barack Obama contradicts himself again; insisting that, in truth, no such threat to U.S. National Security, in fact, ever existed after all.Third, although only six days after that (September 6th, 2013) and despite repeated threats of false bravado to hold Syria militarily responsible, President Obama makes another 180-degree foreign policy decision reversal; conceding to Russian President Vladimir Putin that the United States would call off its military strike against Syria if Assad would just agree – as his only penalty – to surrender his country’s entire banned chemical weapons arsenal to the International Community. A condition to which Assad agreed to do, but ultimately did not comply with and for which Assad and Syria were never militarily punished throughout the remainder of the Obama Presidency. Finally in his fourth major foreign policy decision reversal over just fifteen days (on September 14th, 2013), at the insistence of Vladimir Putin, President Obama - “turning on a dime” once again - backed down from his previously unswerving demand that the Syrian Chemical Weapons Agreement call for a compulsory military response should Syria fail to turn over its entire chemical weapon stockpile - effectively dooming the enforcement of the agreement to ultimate failure from its inception.______________________________________A President’s Dithering False Bravado is Gary R. Patterson’s sixth book over the last ten years - all of which chronicle and critique the two-term Presidency of Barack Obama (2009-2017).

  • - As a Prelude to Barack Obama's Desire to Have Been the Next Secretary-General of the United Nations

As President, Barack Obama has conducted U.S. foreign policy by exclusively adopting the dictates and direction of the United Nations worldview of Multi-National global governance - however, to the detriment of optimally advancing and protecting the best National Security interests of the American People. Specifically, there exists a stark divergence between the competing geo-political philosophies of 1) the United States as the dominant player in world affairs and "an indispensable force for good" (i.e. American Exceptionalism) which President Barack Obama rejects, in favor of 2) Obama's demonstrated preference for the U.N. Multi-National (co-equal nations) worldview of global governance (i.e. The Obama Doctrine of "Leading from Behind"). By consciously shunning the decades-old dominance of the United States as the world's leading nation in geo-political influence, President Obama's actions have served to diminish ("taken down") the stature of the future role of the United States in world affairs. Indeed, in promoting a diminished role for America in world affairs, Barack Obama is consciously serving the cause of, conversely, 1) raising the prominence of the United Nations as the true heir to, what the world body believes, is its rightful and exclusive priority role in dominating global governance in the 21st Century while correspondingly, 2) raising the stature and influence of its next U.N. Secretary-General in particular. Second, in his conduct of U.S. foreign policy - by mirroring the agenda of the U.N. Multi-National model of global governance - Barack Obama has optimally laid the groundwork as a prelude in his desire to become the next U.N. Secretary-General after leaving the White House in 2017. However, President Obama cannot escape that, from the outset, he had a moral obligation to have disclosed to the American People 1) his intent to conduct U.S. foreign policy exclusively through the prism and dictates of United Nations dogma and 2) any ancillary ambition he may have to become the next U.N. Secretary-General - precisely because the voting electorate had the right to know. The American electorate could then have decided if the decision-making process of Barack Obama, as President of the United States, had also conflicted with or been primarily driven by any quest by Barack Obama to, one day, become the next Secretary-General of the United Nations. In his signature style, Gary R. Patterson meticulously and compellingly scrutinizes Barack Obama's major foreign policy decisions and events that have occurred during his Presidency specifically to the words, speeches and U.N. policy statements of both the current and former Secretaries-General of the United Nations over the past to two decades, Ban Ki-moon and Kofi Annan. Patterson's analysis convincingly suggests a concerted effort by President Obama, in his conduct of U.S. foreign policy, to both emulate and implement the dictates and global governance policies of the United Nations. Although, many times those decisions appear to be contradictory and at cross-purposes with Barack Obama's principal responsibility to - as President of the United States - serve the best National Security interests of the American People. The Multi-National Takedown of America - As A Prelude to Barack Obama's Desire to Become the Next Secretary-General of the United Nations is Gary R. Patterson's fifth book in the last seven years - all of which critique the Presidency of Barack Obama.

  • - Restoring the Plummeting Middle Class Standard of Living

Neither political party has been able to stem the plummeting fall in the Middle Class Standard of Living that has occurred since the Economic Meltdown of 2008. Moreover, in recent years, the average 1%-2% annual Cost of Living Index (CPI) calculated by the Bureau of Labor Statistics only belies, masks and understates the frightful upsurge in the dominant CPI Index cost components of Health Care, College Tuition, Energy, as well as Federal income tax hikes, which have economically devastated Middle Class Americans over the last five years. Innovative, yet pragmatic and equitable solutions must be formulated to not just stem the rise of these four major CPI cost factors, but go beyond and strive to achieve justifiable, permanent "rollbacks" and cost decreases as well. Together these four specific CPI cost factors have incrementally contributed to an actual, staggering 19% plunge in the American Middle Class Standard of Living just since 2009. And, even though Barack Obama, as President, has presided over this precipitous Middle Class economic decline, alternatively, the Republican Party has, for years, been successfully portrayed by Democrats as being "tone deaf" and indifferent to the plight of Middle Class America. Rightly or wrongly, perceived as primarily safeguarding the financial interests of the Wealthy, the GOP is further regarded by many as failing 1) to elevate and give priority emphasis to the dire economic straits that the Middle Class in America is currently facing and 2) to pro-actively devise specific common sense and apolitical solutions (as presented herein) that are, indeed, justifiably equitable and meant to rectify and justly remediate the disproportionate economic burden that Middle Class Americans have been relegated to endure. Unless and until the Republican Party is perceived as pro-actively adopting a Middle Class priority emphasis, it will continue to struggle to alter its elitest perception in the minds of a wide swath of Middle Class an

It is said that one measure of true literary talent is the ability to interpret and communicate complex ideas in simple terms. Indeed, in his third book in as many years, entitled Jump-Starting Real Job Creation in America, author Gary R. Patterson has met that bar in his own insightful, thought-provoking and analytical signature style. In layman terms, Patterson demystifies the seemingly daunting interrelated economic challenges of our time confronting this country of 1) Job Creation; 2) Tax Reform; 3) Entitlements and 4) eliminating Annual Trillion Dollar-Plus Federal Deficits and balancing the Annual Federal Budget within as little as five years. However, rather than merely defining problems, Patterson further offers common sense, achievable solutions that are financially, actuarially and demographically justified. Moreover, Patterson specifically itemizes and quantifies the requisite dollars-and-cents sacrifice that must be borne equitably by all; which, especially with regard to the issue of Entitlements, no one - neither The President nor Congress - has yet dared to grapple with to this very day. Indeed, Patterson manages to reduce and present his Annual Balanced Budget Computations to just a single page! The "Good News" is, if adopted, Patterson's Entitlement recommendations, in particular, would preserve full benefits for both Social Security and Medicare going forward A) in their present form (i.e. no cuts) and B) at the current minimum qualification. After three years of failed Obama Administration economic policy based on Keynesian Consumer-driven Demand, emphasis must finally shift to monetarily incentivizing Employers, through tax policy, to again begin hiring. The optimal Private Sector Jobs Creation Solution - to a nation reeling from a net loss of 8 million jobs since 2008 - can be achieved, through targeted tax policy, which will financially incentivize Private Enterprise to hire; yet, without adding a single Dollar to the Deficit or National Debt. Specifically, a Private Sector Job Creation initiative could be implemented that would significantly lessen the financial risk to Employers of hiring new workers - contingent upon the offer of a lucrative Sustained Jobs Creation Tax Credit per employee hired. What's more, what if the financial incentive to hire employees became so lucrative and enticing, that existing businesses would be compelled to do so, if for no other reason than out of concern that, if they don't, their competition will? In particular, the Sustained Jobs Creation Tax Credit, as recommended herein, is projected to cost approximately $63 Billion over two years but will, in effect, be paid in the form of a tax credit generated from new employee payroll taxes paid by Employers in prior years - thus, not requiring any upfront Federal Funding. Further, by comparison, although substantial, the $63 Billion projected cost is less than 10% of the cost of the entire Obama Stimulus Bill. Moreover, at a projected cost per job of $14,000, the Sustained Jobs Creation Tax Credit as recommended herein, is tens of thousands of dollars less when compared to 1) the Obama Stimulus Plan ($238,000 per job); 2) Cash for Clunkers ($86,000 per job) or 3) Cash for Caulkers ($80,000 per job). Finally, in conjunction with comprehensive Corporate and Individual Tax Reform, this book details exactly how to incentivize and compel Existing, Established Businesses and U.S.-based Multi-National Corporations, in particular, to move their collective $2+ Trillion of capital currently "sitting on the sidelines," both domestically and overseas, back into the United States to invest in Jobs Creation in this country. Once achieved, a recovery of a projected eight million sustained, long-lasting jobs in America will, indeed, mightily contribute to a balanced Annual Federal Budget (as
