We all deal with stress in our own different ways, some of us better than others. Stress can have a commanding hold over our lives, causing us to do things we wouldn't normally do or act in ways we wouldn't normally act. I have not always dealt with stress the right way, the way God instructs, but now I know better. This book tells about my journey of how stress almost took my life, how I faced my stress, dealt with my stress, and overcame the stress. God saved my life so that I can tell this story, and maybe help someone else on the same journey.
