He is the Son of God; who embodied God in human form and died on the cross so we could have a way to be reunited with our Father in heaven. The month of Nisan in the Jewish calendar is the period of time when Jesus went to the cross. For the second book by author Fred Kuypers, What a Finish! What a Start! The Month Jesus Met Man's Need, the month of Nisan is explored directly in a chronological path through the four treasured gospels. Fred charts this journey nonstop with the Synoptic Gospels of Matthew, Mark, and Luke. Highlighted also by John's gospel starting at the first day of Nisan, he characterizes an hour-by-hour presentation of what Jesus did each day during this important month in His ministry and life on earth. The hourly display shows Jesus as not just a figurehead of the Bible, but as a real person declaring relevant issues dealing with today's believers as with his disciples and desiring for people to know God the Father as He knew Him. As readers engage in What a Finish! What a Start! they will see that each gospel offers different details of Jesus' life that collectively come together to create the true image of Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Whether the text reflects Jesus as a servant in His performing of miracles (Mark) or as King of kings with His references to the kingdom of heaven (Matthew), Fred seeks to convey the four gospels together presenting all aspects of Jesus and what He demonstrated to others during this most important time of His life. Jesus was born a man on earth but He was also the incarnation of God's Word that was manifested in the flesh and portentously showed His last month of life on earth. His last month that forever defined Christ's ministry and love for us.

America is still the greatest, most blessed land in history. As an American I am so thankful to be a part of this blessing. The Words of the Lord are far and away the most important thing to have; to cherish; to hear. God's book, the Bible, is available everywhere in this great land. But there are some things Americans are losing. There is a famine in this land. Not a famine of food or water; America has plenty. Instead, a famine of hearing the Words of the Lord exists. Amos said it best, as he pointed this out: Amos 8:11 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD: If the modern scholars are correct concerning the King James Bible, then man has not had the preserved Word of God for over 400 years. Modern scholars say this Bible is wrong. Today it is becoming rare to see this Bible in church.Amos 8:12 And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it. My name is Fred A. Kuypers. I was saved on December 7th 1980. I was saved by reading and believing the gospel and asking Jesus Christ to save me. My Bible at that time was a Catholic Confraternity Text Bible. There was a new hunger for God's Word and I began to question some passages and teachings which I had learned as a new Christian. Within The Path along God's Highway is much of what I learned about Bibles and particularly the King James Bible.
