Robert was a lonely man who wrote trashy romance novels. He had never married because he had never found the right woman. It was always his dream to have a loving wife and children. His dreams seemed doomed when his doctor told him that he would die in six months. Robert would die without ever knowing true love. During the last summer of Robert's life, he would learn that sometimes a love is so deep, so pure, that it is stronger than death.
Around the year 1900, a man built a house for his beloved. His deep love gave the house a soul which affected all people who made the house their home, from the day when it was built to the present. As the residents of the house struggled through life''s day-to-day tribulations, the house provided them with that which they needed most to find happiness and success. The house had a secret which would have changed the lives of its occupants, if only they had known what was buried deep within its beams.
