Ana es una historia verídica de fe, amor, muerte y vida. Aconteció en el 1917 durante la segunda guerra mundial. Ana es una joven recién casada que vive en Anegada BVI, un día caminando en la playa encuentra un libro de Elena G. de White. El libro está dilapidado, pero la curiosidad la obliga a levantarlo y guardarlo en su cartera. La lectura del libro cambió su vida y destino. En la República Dominicana, Ana su esposo e hijos soportaron la dictadura de Rafael L. Trujillo y presenciaron abusos y persecución de los que se resistían a vivir sin libertad. Ana con su voz y amor a los más necesitados se inspira a ser mensajera del amor de Dios en tierra extraña. La religión Voodoo y sus santuarios eran utilizados para intimidar a la población. Ella estaba asombrada por las necesidades espirituales de la ciudad de San Pedro de Macorís. Ana quería hacer algo al respecto, y lo hizo. Está es su historia. Flordelisa Mota, nativa de la República Dominicana, vive con su esposo, Pastor Alejandro Mota, en la ciudad de Nueva York, donde se graduó en Hunter College en el 2005. Flordelisa es hija del poeta dominicano Ramón Guzmán. Ella trabajo en Hunter College en donde sus libros están en exposición de honor en el Edificio Norte. En su tiempo libre, disfruta de la fotografía y la jardinería en el Jardín Botánico de Nueva York. She converted to The Seventh Day Adventist Church and became a follower of Ellen G. White. The correspondence between the American Writer and Ann inspired her to become a missionary of God's message of redemption. The book includes the story of the Parsley Massacre; that took effect under the regime of the Dominican Dictator Rafael Trujillo.
