"Still I love" is a poetry and prose collection written by Erise Amado. A compilation of prose, self-affirmations, and spoken words poems that navigates through heartbreak, anxiety, self-discovery, healing and love. The book is divided into 3 chapters - "still it hurts", "and so it heals" and "and still I love". This is the journey of overcoming heartbreak, seasonal depression, learning how to navigate in the world as a black woman, learning how to forgive yourself and ultimately, how to love. Raw, real and inspiring. "Grow through what you've been through" everyone is deserving of love, whether they're still healing, learning and unlearning.
