Two million children were put into trafficking this year. Trafficked children, even as young as five, are required to act happy at all times when they are with their captors or a molester. Molestation occurs in the home as well.The trauma makes them feel shame, dirty, and unworthy of love. They blame themselves for the abuse believing they did something to cause it. They wanted the person to love them and tried so hard to please them.>It is the role of parents to protect their children. We, as a society, need to be aware and protect them as well. We all need to Save the Children.
