This poetry book is in reflection of mental illness, the persons who suffer from it and they're affects with coping in society. Instead of writing a self-help book I found poetry a safe place to express yourself and work out your feelings. I think this book will help and give support for those in the world who need a safe place to grieve, heal and express themselves freely. These prose and poems are from my experience of the mental health field, pharmaceutical, the world and the religious aspects. I am writing have had to deal with in the world. My belief is there are people with mental illnesses, as well as the world causing people to become mentally ill. Society, history and religion have given a raw deal to it. My religious beliefs have always comforted me with dealing the challenges and obstacles of the world. My prose and poetry have been my haven, my therapy on paper. Catholic church had exorcism as to excuse the reality of mental health, arguing possession was the true problem. The government masks post-traumatic stress in order to avoid the conversation that the very system that starts wars is the cause not the soldier who is just following orders. Traumatic events can happen to anyone, and all are equal to receiving therapy. In today's art has always been an expression of someone's thoughts and feelings. I believe my poetry and prose are abstract paint colors. The individual determine what is seen, what feelings are explained or described.
