As an amateur cartoonist, a career in the Navy was certainly fertile ground for my imagination.This book contains several different series of cartoons that I drew in 1988/89 and were based on my personal observations. Some instances portrayed are true, some are what the 'matelot' wished had happened and some are just examples of my mind wandering off into 'fantasy land' nearly 30 years ago whilst bored at sea.
