Asterix and Obelix?s drunken chieftain, Taoisix, sends them on a mission to Rome to fulfill a stupid bet. Their task is to come home with Caesar?s laurel wreath to garnish a bowl of soup. But this is an increasingly difficult mission and doomed to fail, until fate plays a jealous hand.
A baby appears on Asterix''s doorstep... but where did he come from? Asterix and Obelix have no idea how to look after a child, and are happy for any nursery assistance they can get. But they soon realise that choosing the right childcare is so important - especially as no one has vetted the Romans!
