Lo scopo di questo studio è stato quello di valutare l'effetto del Programma di Salute Scolastica (PSE) in tre scuole pubbliche della città di Três Rios - RJ, dopo un anno di attuazione. La valutazione ha messo a confronto la conoscenza dei principi igienici riferita dagli studenti delle tre scuole pubbliche (EPB), incluse nel PSE, e gli studenti di tre scuole pubbliche (EPC), che non partecipano al programma. I risultati di questo studio mostrano che il PSE ha contribuito all'integrazione culturale degli studenti delle scuole pubbliche in relazione all'igiene, dal momento che gli studi pubblicati su questo tipo di analisi descrivono una superiorità degli EPC rispetto agli EPB. I risultati suggeriscono anche che agli studenti delle scuole pubbliche, non inclusi nel PSE, vengono fornite le conoscenze desiderate. L'implementazione del PSE si è dimostrata rilevante nel breve termine per l'insegnamento delle abitudini igieniche nelle BPS e come fattore di diagnosi delle condizioni di salute degli studenti. A lungo termine, si spera che il PSE diventi un fattore di reale importanza per le questioni legate all'igiene personale e collettiva.

Целью данного исследования было оценить эффект программы школьного здравоохранения (ШЗП) в трех государственных школах города Трес-Риос (RJ) после одного года ее реализации. В ходе оценки сравнивались знания принципов гигиены, полученные учащимися трех государственных школ (EPB), включенных в PSE, и учащимися трех государственных школ (EPC), которые не участвуют в программе. Результаты данного исследования показывают, что PSE способствовала культурной интеграции учащихся государственных школ в отношении гигиены, поскольку опубликованные исследования по этому типу анализа описывают превосходство EPC над EPB. Результаты также свидетельствуют о том, что учащиеся государственных школ, не включенные в PSE, получают необходимые знания. В краткосрочной перспективе внедрение ОУП оказалось актуальным для обучения гигиеническим навыкам в СШП и в качестве фактора диагностики состояния здоровья учащихся. В долгосрочной перспективе можно надеяться, что PSE станет фактором, имеющим реальное значение для решения вопросов, связанных с личной и коллективной гигиеной.

L'objectif de cette étude était d'évaluer l'effet du Programme de santé scolaire (PSE) dans trois écoles publiques de la ville de Três Rios - RJ, après un an de mise en oeuvre. Cette évaluation a comparé les connaissances des principes d'hygiène rapportées par les élèves des trois écoles publiques (EPB), incluses dans le PSE, et les élèves de trois écoles publiques (EPC), qui ne participent pas au programme. Les résultats de cette étude montrent que l'EPS a contribué à l'intégration culturelle des élèves des écoles publiques en matière d'hygiène, puisque les études publiées sur ce type d'analyse décrivent une supériorité des EPC par rapport aux EPB. Les résultats suggèrent également que les élèves des écoles publiques, non inclus dans l'EPS, reçoivent les connaissances souhaitées. La mise en oeuvre de l'EPS s'est avérée pertinente à court terme pour l'enseignement des habitudes d'hygiène dans les BPS et comme facteur de diagnostic de l'état de santé des élèves. A long terme, il est à espérer que l'EPS devienne un facteur d'importance réelle pour les questions liées à l'hygiène personnelle et collective.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the School Health Programme (PSE) in three public schools in the city of Três Rios - RJ, after one year of implementation. This evaluation compared the knowledge of hygiene principles reported by students from the three public schools (EPB), included in the PSE, and students from three public schools (EPC), which do not take part in the programme. The results of this study show that the PSE has contributed to the cultural integration of public school students in relation to hygiene, since published studies on this type of analysis describe superiority in EPCs compared to EPBs. The results also suggest that students from public schools, not included in the PSE, are being provided with the desired knowledge. The implementation of the PSE proved to be relevant in the short term for teaching hygiene habits in BPS and as a factor in diagnosing students' health conditions. In the long term, it is hoped that the PSE will become a factor of real importance for issues related to personal and collective hygiene.

Ziel dieser Studie war es, die Wirkung des Schulgesundheitsprogramms (PSE) in drei öffentlichen Schulen in der Stadt Três Rios - RJ nach einem Jahr der Umsetzung zu bewerten. Dabei wurden die Kenntnisse der Schüler der drei öffentlichen Schulen (EPB), die am PSE teilnehmen, mit den Kenntnissen der Schüler von drei öffentlichen Schulen (EPC) verglichen, die nicht an dem Programm teilnehmen. Die Ergebnisse dieser Studie zeigen, dass das PSE zur kulturellen Integration von Schülern öffentlicher Schulen in Bezug auf Hygiene beigetragen hat, da veröffentlichte Studien zu dieser Art von Analyse eine Überlegenheit der EPCs im Vergleich zu den EPBs beschreiben. Die Ergebnisse deuten auch darauf hin, dass den Schülern öffentlicher Schulen, die nicht am PSE teilnehmen, das gewünschte Wissen vermittelt wird. Die Umsetzung der PSE erwies sich kurzfristig als relevant für die Vermittlung von Hygienegewohnheiten in den BPS und als Faktor für die Diagnose des Gesundheitszustands der Schüler. Langfristig ist zu hoffen, dass die PSE zu einem wirklich wichtigen Faktor für Fragen der persönlichen und kollektiven Hygiene werden.

Le contenu de ce livre est une monographie présentée à l'Université d'État de Bahia - UNEB, comme condition préalable à l'obtention du diplôme d'éducation physique. Le sujet a été choisi parce qu'il est largement débattu dans les cercles académiques et sociaux du monde entier. L'éducation physique étant un domaine de connaissance qui étudie la culture corporelle, on a pensé que le genre aurait une implication majeure dans les pratiques corporelles. Dans cette optique, il a été décidé que la méthode d'étude consisterait à analyser les publications de l'une des revues les plus respectées dans le domaine de l'éducation physique, la RBCE (Revista Brasileira de Ciências do Esporte). L'objectif est d'observer dans quelle mesure les publications abordent la question du genre en relation avec l'éducation physique.

Der Inhalt dieses Buches ist eine Monographie, die an der Staatlichen Universität von Bahia - UNEB - als Voraussetzung für den Erwerb eines Abschlusses in Leibeserziehung vorgelegt wurde. Das Thema wurde gewählt, weil es sowohl in akademischen als auch in gesellschaftlichen Kreisen weithin diskutiert wird und ein globales Niveau erreicht. Da die Leibeserziehung ein Wissensgebiet ist, das sich mit der Körperkultur befasst, wurde davon ausgegangen, dass das Geschlecht eine wichtige Rolle spielt, wenn es um körperliche Praktiken geht. Vor diesem Hintergrund wurde beschlossen, als Untersuchungsmethode die Veröffentlichungen einer der renommiertesten Zeitschriften im Bereich der Leibeserziehung, RBCE (Revista Brasileira de Ciências do Esporte), zu analysieren. Es sollte untersucht werden, inwieweit sich die Veröffentlichungen mit dem Thema Geschlecht im Zusammenhang mit dem Sportunterricht befassen.

This study aims to discuss how stressful the work carried out in an Intensive Care Unit can be. When we talk about nurses, this stress takes on a greater dimension, as it is a profession that, as well as caring for the most seriously ill patients, deals with the pressure of coordinating a team of technicians and nursing assistants who also suffer from the high workload. On top of this, there is the ever-present inefficiency of material resources, and even personnel, to provide safe, quality care. Institutions must recognize the need for intervention so that this work becomes lighter and more rewarding, thus ensuring a better quality of life for nursing professionals.

A monografia discute questões relacionadas com o problema da migração de fronteiras de grãos em estruturas monofásicas e bifásicas. É dada especial atenção à cinética e às leis de crescimento de grãos isoméricos e lamelares, incluindo as características do movimento dos seus limites na presença de partículas estacionárias e móveis de fases em excesso. São também consideradas as questões relacionadas com a formação de grãos durante a sinterização quando se utilizam diferentes pós (com a preservação de inclusões ou poros no limite do estado sólido), bem como com a tecnologia de revestimento aditivo. La monografia tratta le questioni relative al problema della migrazione dei confini dei grani nelle strutture monofase e bifase. Particolare attenzione è rivolta alla cinetica e alle leggi di crescita dei grani isomerici e lamellari, comprese le caratteristiche del movimento dei loro confini in presenza di particelle stazionarie e mobili di fasi in eccesso. Vengono inoltre prese in considerazione le questioni relative alla formazione dei grani durante la sinterizzazione quando si utilizzano polveri diverse (con la conservazione di inclusioni o pori al limite dello stato solido), nonché con la tecnologia additiva di surfacing. Choral Treatises and Singing Societies in the Romantic Age charts the interrelated beginning and development of choral methods and community choruses beginning in the early nineteenth century. Using more than one-hundred musical examples, illustrations, tables, and photographs to document this phenomenon, author David Friddle writes persuasively about this unusual tandem expansion. Beginning in 1781, with the establishment of the first secular singing group in Germany, Friddle shows how as more and more choral ensembles were founded throughout Germany, then Europe, Scandinavia, and North America, the need for singing treatises quickly became apparent. Music pedagogues Hans Georg Ngeli, Michael Traugott Pfeiffer, and Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi invented the genre that became modern choral methods; initially these books were combinations of music fundamental primers, with frequent inclusion of choral works intended for performance. Eventually authors branched out into choral conducting textbooks, detailed instructions on how to found such a community-based organization, and eventually classroom music instruction. The author argues that one of the greatest legacies of this movement was the introduction of vocal music education into public schools, which led to greater musical literacy as well as the proliferation of volunteer choirs. All modern choral professionals can find the roots their career during this century.

The Malay Nobat: A History of Power, Acculturation, and Sovereignty explores the history and meaning of the nobat, a court ensemble that has performed music for courts in Malaysia and Brunei with roots in the Islamicate world since Abbassid times. Raja Iskandar Bin Raja Halid examines the nobat spread throughout the Muslim empire and its emergence as a symbol of power and sovereignty. The author argues that the nobat was an important symbol of Muslim power and analyzes the effect of the nobat's appropriation by colonial powers and of its induction as part of an invented tradition in the process of nation-building a modern Malay state. The author ultimately shows how existing nobat ensembles are the last living musical legacy of the Muslim world.

Indigenous peoples of Brazil have come to faith in Christ in large numbers in recent decades. As Christianity takes root in each culture, it may incorporate expressive forms of music and art, which can range from those identical to earlier cultural forms to those which are fully imported. But what happens when musicians and artists of a local indigenous community fuse elements from a variety of genres and create their own music? Are they just imitations of external forms? Or are they authentic creations from elements that have now become their own sounds, too? Christian musicians among the Xerente (pronounced Sheh-´ren-teh) have created their own fusion genre(s) to express their faith, communicate the gospel, and edify their churches. Their music includes elements from their cultural tradition as well as from (secular) genres of the northeastern region of Brazil. Is it, then, authentically Xerente? As we discuss in this book, independent of tangible markers or its long history, the authenticity of an art form can be demonstrated through a number of connections with the community and signposted by its meaning and function among the people, as well as the competence and agency of the people in their artistic choices.
