A photographic essay on small town America. Helping to prove in photographs that small towns are thriving across the country full of friendly out going citizens who go out of their way to help one another. Towns where the kids still say, yes ma'am or yes sir. A place where doors are left open, and people sit on their front porch and wave at everyone passing by. The quality of life in these places is so beyond city life it's difficult for me to believe any sane person would want to stay there.

Paul Hart's latest body of work Fragile (2020-23) is a personal reflection on nature and was made in the landscape close to his home in England. The aesthetic is rooted in the notion of a heightened awareness of the natural world, of both a physical engagement and spiritual connection to the land. Whilst becoming absorbed in this instinctual, visceral approach, Hart has become acutely aware of both the physical beauty and delicate vulnerability of these natural forms. Although concerns of the environment and sustainability are present throughout, Fragile departs from the central study of place usually associated with his work, to evoke a more abstract ethereal sensibility.

The book presents a selection of the photographic work made in Naples by Anders Petersen, Swedish master of photography, during Spot home gallery's first artist residency in the year 2022. Throughout his long career, Petersen has photographed in cities across almost every continent, from Tokyo to London, from Valparaiso to Stockholm, driven by an inexhaustible curiosity and a profound interest for the other. For him, photography serves as a means to explore the complexity of the human experience, to capture with sensitivity and honesty the emotions that define and unite us as living beings, part of the one, big, same family. Radial Reform: Artistic Impressions of Eastern State Penitentiary is a feast for the eyes and soul. What began as one photographer's journey to capture the unexpected beauty contained within the crumbling walls of Philadelphia's historic Eastern State Penitentiary, has become the inspiration for the included works of many writers and poets. This book is an exercise in compassion; both for ourselves as well as others. The hope is that it will continue to inspire heartfelt thought and reflection. It can be so difficult to imagine what life is like for another person living in circumstances so different from our own or even to imagine ourselves living in a way that is different. To do so requires intent and practice and the author's hope is that this provides a platform for the creative exercise of compassion and insight. How to be included in the book! Every reader has the opportunity to view the photos and writings and then contribute their own thoughts for inclusion in future printings! This is intended to be a "living work" so if you feel moved to do so, please see the submission information inside. The idea of commemorating the collaboration in a book seemed like a natural fit and a fantastic way to provide an opportunity for writers of all backgrounds, ages, and abilities to be seen and appreciated. In order to maintain uninfluenced experiencing of the images, captions and facts about the photos and Eastern State Penitentiary itself are not included in the book.

New Mexico Artist Bobby Jones took these photographs on Veteran's Day, 2017. The fall colors in the trees spoke to me that day. Bobby decided to photograph fall colors in Albuquerque, NM. He photographed trees at First Unitarian Church, Clinton P. Anderson Park, Adobe Acres ES, and The Bosque between Rio Bravo SW and Cesar Chavez, and The Hispanic Cultural Center. Now! Jones compiles these images into a publication, Albuquerque in Autumn!!!
